Sessions are hands-on and practical, focused on real editing decisions, efficient workflows, and building the confidence to work independently.

With nearly 20 years of professional editing experience, including projects for Macy’s, Nasdaq, 20th Century Fox, NBCUniversal, and Comedy Central, I’ve worked with clients at every level: from beginners to professionals looking to sharpen their craft.

Every session is built around the work already sitting on your hard drive.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about Adobe Premiere Pro coaching, YouTube, storytelling, and working together.

Why should I work with a coach instead of learning from YouTube?

YouTube is an incredible resource, but it can’t see your project, answer your questions in real time, or help you solve the specific challenges you’re facing today. Most clients come to me after spending hours watching tutorials. The challenge usually isn’t finding information; it’s knowing what applies to their project. Every coaching session is built around your footage, goals, and creative challenges, helping you make faster progress with greater confidence.

Who do you typically work with?

My clients include YouTube creators, filmmakers, entrepreneurs, business owners, architects, creative professionals, career changers, and people pursuing meaningful personal projects. Some are complete beginners. Others already know Premiere Pro and want guidance on storytelling, pacing, workflow, editorial feedback, or creative decision-making.

Can you help me create better YouTube videos or other video projects?

Absolutely. Some clients come to me because they’re launching their first YouTube channel. Others already know how to video edit and want another experienced set of eyes before publishing. Whether you’re organizing footage, improving workflow, refining storytelling, strengthening pacing, reviewing a rough cut, working on color correction, or looking for editorial feedback, every coaching session is tailored to the project you’re creating. The goal isn’t simply learning video editing or Adobe Premiere Pro; it’s creating the strongest video possible.

Do I need prior experience with video editing or Adobe Premiere Pro?

No. Many clients come to me with little or no editing experience. Others already have years of experience and simply want help refining their workflow, storytelling, organization, or color correction. Every coaching session is tailored to your experience level and goals.

What happens during a typical coaching session?

Every session revolves around a real project. We may organize footage, improve workflow, edit scenes, strengthen storytelling, develop a YouTube strategy, refine color correction, or solve technical challenges inside Premiere Pro. It’s about making meaningful progress on the project that matters to you, not just learning software.

Do you only coach Adobe Premiere Pro?

Adobe Premiere Pro is my primary video editing platform. However, many clients work with me because they want broader coaching related to storytelling, YouTube production, workflow, content strategy, and creative decision-making. The software is the tool. The objective is stronger videos.

Do you work with clients outside Los Angeles?

Yes. Most coaching sessions take place via video chat, allowing me to work with clients throughout the United States and internationally. As long as you can share your screen, location is rarely a limitation.
